Registration is now available, and is accomplished online at this website.

Invitation letters

Our policy is that invitation letters can be issued only to speakers, presenters, committee members, IEEE members or persons known by the organizing committee. In addition registration fees must be paid in full before the letter is provided. Letters will only be sent by Postal Mail or fax and only to the individual registered for the conference.

Send your request for an invitation letter to Dr. Christos Gkantsidis, local arrangements chair, who will be glad to assist you under the above conditions.

Registration Dates

The p2p2006 early registration rates apply if registering by August 10, 23:59 EDT. If you can register even earlier, that will definitely help our planning.

Note: The hotel reservation deadline for rooms is July 31. Please see the local information page.

Conference Fees

Conference fees pay for a copy of the proceedings, attendence to all sessions, lunches, morning and afternoon refreshments, and the social event. Please note that all prices are in US Dollars (USD). A convenient currency converter may be found here.

* One author of every paper must register at the full (IEEE or non-IEEE member) price. The
student rate is available for non-authors, or students who will not be the sole author attending
P2P2006.

On-site registration will also be available at the conference.

Payment

Instructions for payment are contained in the registration form.

Refund Policy

All requests for refund (for non-authors only) must be made in writing or email notification to , before 29 August 2006. However, a $200 fee is retained to cover processing fee, proceedings cost, food, and coffee break commitments.
